WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND?
Per contract:
PORTRAITS: 1-2 weeks
WEDDINGS: 6-8 WEEKS
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I mainly serve the DFW metroplex and surrounding areas but am open to travel
IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?

0-50 miles: No travel fee

51-74 miles: $0.84 per mile

75+ miles: $250 flat fee plus $0.84 per mile
For locations outside the DFW area in Texas: $250 flat fee and $0.84 per mile apply.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO I GET?
Upon delivery, all clients will receive a gallery consisting of every image. These images will be edited to match the SHOTS BY LC style and brand guidelines. As long as the images meet the SHOTS BY LC brand standards of delivery, clients will receive all images. The package estimates are based on previous deliveries within those package orders and may vary slightly.
CAN I GET RAW IMAGES?
SHOTS BY LC does not release RAW images or footage - as I do want to make sure my brand is represented properly
HOW DO YOU DELIVER?
Digital Delivery via a gallery link through email provided at the booking time. A print release may be provided so you may print images; however/whenever/wherever.
DO YOU USE PHOTOSHOP?
Our standard editing process includes general lighting and retouching edits, such as lighting corrections. We do not typically use Photoshop unless it has been specifically requested and purchased by the client.
WILL I NEED A SECOND SHOOTER?
One is available at your request.

YES - INTEREST-FREE PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND PROCESS?
I am happy to offer a credit equal to the amount paid, which can be applied toward a future session with me. Additionally, free rescheduling options are available if needed. All payments made for sessions, including weddings or other events, are non-refundable as per my business policy.
CAN YOU HOLD A DATE WITHOUT A DEPOSIT?
Unfortunately, I cannot hold any dates without a signed contract and deposit.
To secure your date, a 30% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking for all weddings.
To secure your portrait session, a $75 non-refundable retainer fee is required to lock in your session.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT TO OUR WEDDING?
In the unlikely event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, I will notify you immediately and arrange a trusted backup photographer from my professional network to ensure your day is captured without compromise.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR MY ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
Wear something that reflects your personal style and makes you feel comfortable.
Solid colors (especially earth tones), and minimal patterns photograph beautifully.
HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP THE PHOTOS?
I store the galleries online for one month after delivery, giving you plenty of time to download and back up your images. Make sure to save them right away to avoid losing access after that time.
DO YOU POSE US?
Don’t overthink it—these sessions are all about fun! I use natural posing prompts to guide you, ensuring we capture candid-like moments that reflect your love. You’ll feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session, and I’ll make sure we get a mix of joyful, genuine images.
