If you are planning to tie the knot in beautiful Alaska, you may have the chance to qualify for a complimentary wedding package. Here are the specific details:

Denali National Park: If your wedding ceremony takes place directly at Denali National Park, your package will be provided free of charge.

Near Denali National Park: If your wedding venue is located in close proximity to Denali National Park, your package will also be offered for free. However, please keep in mind that you will be required to schedule an "engagement session" at DNP with SHOTS BY LC during the time when SHOTS BY LC is available in Alaska.

However, please keep in mind that certain international locations may require additional travel or photography fees. Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The offer for a free wedding photo/video package is valid for weddings taking place in the specified international locations mentioned (e.g., Santorini, Greece; Bali, Indonesia; Paris, France; Tuscany, Italy; Cancun, Mexico). Other international locations may be considered but could incur additional travel or photography fees.

Travel and Accommodation: Clients are responsible for covering all travel expenses for the photography team, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, transportation, and travel insurance. Any associated costs will be communicated and invoiced accordingly.

Photography Fees: While the wedding photo/video package itself is complimentary, there may be additional photography fees for certain international locations. These fees could include permits, venue fees, or any other charges specific to the chosen location. Clients will be informed of any such fees during the booking process.

Engagement Session: Please note that due to travel and time constraints in the destination location, the complimentary wedding package may not include an engagement session. However, the availability of an engagement session can be discussed with the photography team for an additional fee if desired.

Booking Confirmation: A signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to secure the wedding date and package. The deposit amount and payment terms will be provided upon confirmation of the booking.

Customization and Add-Ons: The complimentary wedding photo/video package includes standard coverage as outlined in the package details. Any additional customization or add-ons may be available at an extra cost and can be discussed with the photography team.

Copyright and Usage: The photographer retains the copyright to all images and videos captured during the wedding. However, clients will receive a license granting them personal use and reproduction rights of the images and videos for non-commercial purposes.

Weather and Force Majeure: While every effort will be made to capture the wedding as planned, the photography team is not liable for any delays, disruptions, or cancellations due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of a cancellation, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned. Clients are advised to refer to the specific cancellation policy provided in the signed agreement.
